Rent and Deposit: A damage deposit equivalent to one months’ rent along with the first months’ rent will be payable by the tenant on the commencement of the tenancy.
Pets: If pets permitted, then a damage deposit equivalent to two months’ rent will be payable.
Resigning Fee: A resigning fee of £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc. VAT) will be payable if a new fixed term tenancy is agreed between both the landlord and tenant
