The Property

The house is a magnificent early Victorian property, built in 1840 and set in private and secluded grounds within a popular North East village. The main house is accessed via an entrance lobby to the front which in turn opens to the main reception hallway. Externally

The driveway, approached through a gated entrance, provides parking for around 25 vehicles and leads up to the main entrance and the annex. There are landscaped gardens to the front of the property and these lead around to a tennis court and an impressive timber decked and covered barbecue and entertainment area along with a built-in BBQ and fire pit. There is a block with heated kennels which adjoins the annex.
