One of the North East’s most progressive lifestyle property agencies, Finest Properties, has just opened an office in Darlington with Amy Stephens as senior sales negotiator.
The new office and new appointment comes as a direct result of the increased demand from the Durham and North Yorkshire area for specialist, heritage and lifestyle property services that Finest Properties offer.
The Darlington Office of Finest Properties, which is located on Duke Street, joins the pioneering Northumberland branch based in Corbridge.
Amy joins the Finest Properties team with nine years’ experience as sale negotiator under her belt. In her new role she will be responsible for a range of duties including client liaison, growing the client base and expanding the business together with providing valuations, negotiating sales, inspecting properties and conducting viewings.
Commenting on her new appointment, Amy said: “Having worked within a larger firm for over nine years, I am really looking forward to working with the team at Finest Properties who are already an established property business with an excellent reputation. We work closely together as a team, building relationships with our vendors to ensure that we have all the information we need to achieve a sale for our client.”
“I am particularly delighted to have the opportunity to grow this prestigious business throughout the area, marketing and selling heritage and lifestyle properties from our Darlington office.”
Bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge from her previous roles within the property industry, and having had previous roles dealing with high-end properties, the opening of the new office in Darlington offers Amy and the team huge scope for the continued success of Finest Properties, expanding their portfolio throughout the North East region.
Ryan Eve, Managing Director of the Finest Properties Group, said:
“The company has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. We have seen a marked increase in vendors from County Durham and the surrounding area looking for the service that we provide, and we have in fact been acting on behalf of clients in this area for some time. We are delighted to open our new office and the appointment of Amy.”
Ryan continued: “This was a natural move for the company as we are getting many more clients further south. Amy and the team at the new Darlington office will now be able to provide our full range of services to the North Yorkshire and County Durham areas.”
Within the first 12 months of operating Finest Properties achieved the 2013 Sunday Times ‘Best Agency Newcomer’ silver award. Now employing 10 members of staff, the Darlington Office is the next chapter for the business. Finest Properties specialises in marketing individual, distinctive and rural properties.
