Finest Properties is delighted to be the first property company in the North to both meet the ever-increasing number of customers searching for a perfect equine home and to promote equestrian properties to the appropriate audience with the launch of ‘Finest Equestrian’. This new arm will offer expert marketing advice to clients with equestrian property be it pastureland, a home with a stable and small paddock or an estate with extensive facilities. Working in partnership with Mandy Denning of The White Horse Company, Finest Equestrian will provide a specialist service in this niche area above and beyond that offered by other agents. Finest Equestrian has a bespoke website www.finestequestrian.co.uk.
Having recognised an opening in the market to specialise in equestrian properties, Ryan Eve, Managing Director of Finest Properties said: “We are very excited to be able to offer this dedicated and specialist service, marketing quality equestrian properties. This much needed service will meet a real demand and I encourage anyone planning to market, or searching for, an equestrian property to get in touch.”
This ‘First for the North’ will be managed by Mandy Denning who also runs The White Horse Company which specialises in luxury equine clothing and accessories. Mandy has a background in sales, has been involved in property development and has a love of horses having owned her first horse at the age of 11.
Mandy said: “Having a real interest in property and a love of horses, I am extremely excited about working with Finest Properties in this new venture. I have personally found it difficult to find a property with suitable land for my horses. I once made a mistake and bought a property with land, but I was unable to get access or planning permission. To tick every box is very difficult; off-road riding is a real bonus, to get very good off-road riding and the right amount of land can be very challenging.”
Mandy continued: “Working with Finest Properties, with a dedicated website to showcase the finest equestrian properties, vendors from both the local area and those re-locating will be able to benefit from the best advice. With expert knowledge of the area, I am excited about helping our clients sell their equestrian properties and finding out what people are looking for and matching them with their perfect property.”Posted on Wednesday, 27th May, 2015
