The principal reception rooms sit to the front of the property, offering generous and versatile living spaces. The drawing room, with dual aspects, features a multi fuel stove set within a sandstone fireplace and gives a charming focal point to the room. An external door gives access to the side of the property from the drawing room. The sitting room, again offering generous proportions, provides versatile space for dining, entertaining and relaxing with a multi fuel stove to one end. The kitchen is fitted with a range of oak units with complementary granite work surfaces, integral dishwasher, space for a range style and oil fired two door Aga. A boiler room is located off the kitchen. The utility room, with external access, has plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer with the guest WC off. The reception hall sits central to the property offering a welcoming entrance to Calf Hall North with a staircase to the first floor and access to the ground floor accommodation.

There are five double bedrooms to the first floor all leading off the landing, with a delightful bay window overlooking the grounds to the front providing a peaceful seating area. A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, corner bath and wash hand basin, whilst a separate WC sits adjacent. A further shower room with walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC is located at the opposite end of the landing.
