The Property

3 Burnside is an attractive, stone fronted detached dormer bungalow which has been designed and finished to a high specification throughout. The front door opens into a lobby with cloakroom and WC. In turn a wide internal hallway provides access to most of the other rooms as well as stairs to the first floor. An open plan kitchen with dining room is a very sociable area and has various fitted kitchen cabinets and integrated appliances. Two windows to the rear and one to the side provide lots of natural light and give impressive views out over the Simonside Hills. The sitting room has a beautiful open flame fireplace along with a window with a rear aspect and views over Simonside. Staying on the ground floor an en-suite shower room serves a large master bedroom whilst a further spacious bedroom has use of the family bathroom with walk-in shower.

To the vaulted first floor, naturally lit via skylight windows, is a very large landing off which is a bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further multipurpose area, of vast proportions, which would make an ideal bedroom, second living room, cinema room, games room or a wonderful hobby space. Efficient solar panels combine with oil-fired central heating to provide excellent cost-effective services.

A driveway for off street parking accesses a one and a half size attached garage to the side of the property which can also be accessed from within the house. The property also has the benefit of gardens to the front and rear.
