Directions
From the centre of Corbridge head-out on Aydon Road. Take the last left hand turning onto Jameson Drive, and left again onto Cragside. Siskin Drive is located off Cragside, within the new development.

Fees (plus VAT)

Application: £50.00 + VAT (£60 inc. VAT) for first application, £25.00 + VAT (£30.00 inc. VAT) for all additional applications including Guarantor.

Administration (to include preparation of tenancy paperwork and inventory report): £210.00 + VAT (£252.00 inc. VAT)

Rent and Deposit: A damage deposit equivalent to one months’ rent, along with the first months’ rent, will be payable by the tenant on the commencement of the tenancy.

Pets: If pets permitted, then a damage deposit equivalent to two months’ rent will be payable.
